Do I need to be home during the roofing work?
You don't need to be home, but we recommend being available for the start and finish. We'll need access to electricity and water. Many homeowners work from home or arrange to be there for the final walk-through.
What happens if you find damage during installation?
If we discover hidden damage (rotten decking, structural issues) during removal, we stop and contact you immediately. We document the damage with photos and provide a cost estimate for repairs. No surprise charges - you approve before we proceed.
Will my landscaping be damaged?
We take extensive precautions to protect your landscaping. Tarps cover bushes and gardens, plywood protects delicate areas, and we use controlled debris removal. Most clients are surprised how clean we leave the property.
How do permits work?
We handle the entire permit process for you. Building permits are required by Horry County for roof replacements. We submit the application, pay the fee (included in your quote), and schedule inspections. This protects your home value and ensures code compliance.
