Our roof experience with Weather Shield was exceptional due to the fact our roof experienced hail damage and if it was not for Sabrina and Brian who was doing a roof replacement down the street I would have not known the extent of damage to our roof. Their extensive knowledge of the roofing industry along with their working relationship with insurance adjuster they got our roof covered less our deductible. Their crew was respectful and did an outstanding job protecting all our shrubs and grass areas with a final cleanup of the nails and small debris using a magnetic pickup tool and blowers. I would highly recommend them for any roof projects that you need.
We had hail damage in the Rock Hill, SC area a couple of months ago and Stephen and Adam of Weather Shield Roofing were the first to knock on my door. I was not familiar with Weather Shield but they sported a 5-star Google rating which got my attention. Adam and Stephen handled all communications with my insurance company and worked with the adjuster to make sure the insurance paid the proper amount to address my roof damage. In the end, I only had to pay my insurance deductible and Weather Shield installed the exact shingle I had used before. They met or exceeded every expectation I had. They were professional, prompt, courteous, and conscientious. I highly recommend them with a 5-star rating.
Weather Shield was very easy to work with. Sean always kept us in the loop. The crew was on time and professional. The job was done in a timely manner. All workers were very curtious. I would highly recommend using Weather Shield.
